Paul House offers our assisted living program members a central Irving Park address with a vibrant, inviting community, deep historical roots and a worry-free residential community. We have three service levels and three types of private apartments: efficiency studio, studio and one bedroom, all with walk-in showers. Prices correspond to the service level and the apartment type, but all include:

• All utilities, including premium satellite television and internet
• Phones with direct numbers
• Weekly housekeeping and flat linen
• All interior and exterior maintenance

Basic Level of Services

Here are the details:

• Licensed nursing staff on site 24 hours every day with wellness services available
• Three chef-prepared meals every day, served restaurant style in the dining room
• Reminders for meals and activities
• Personal emergency call system and response staff on site 24 hours daily
• Life-enrichment programs, including entertainment, educational, recreational and spiritual activities

We are proud of our programs that provide entertainment and connection,  — and the volunteer partnerships we have with local schools. However, our residents are truly our stars when it comes to life enrichment.

Residents maintain their strong sense of community in Paul House, welcoming their new neighbors with a warmth you would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. From their self-organized welcome wagon to their voluntary escorts to activities and meals, our residents provide an essential, personal type of support that complements our professional and medical services.

Traditional Level of Services

Our second tier has expanded programs to ensure health, safety and wellness for some of our more at-risk residents. Everything in the basic level of services is included, with the addition of:

• Escorts for activities and meals within Paul House
• Shower assistance twice per week
• Safety checks every four hours
• Supervision with morning and evening care
• Medication reminders
• Minimal assistance with incontinence

Enhanced Level of Services

Our third tier of service includes everything in the basic level. It also improves on some of the core services of the second level, providing extra support for those who need it. The details are as follows:

• Escorts for activities and meals within Paul House
• Shower assistance twice per week
• Safety checks every four hours
• Minimal assistance with morning and evening care (versus supervision in Traditional level of services)
• Medication administration (versus reminders in Traditional)
• Moderate assistance with incontinence (versus minimal assistance in Traditional level of services)

Additional Services

In addition to our facilities and our care packages, we also offer a number of ancillary services that are always available when and if residents need them. These include to-go meals, personal laundry and dining for guests.
